It was brilliant wasn't it? I learnt so much. What I like about Aikido competitions is there is far less ego going on than other martial arts competitions I've taken part in. Met some lovely people. Thanks.

@loopyloobylou89 Remember competition is a training method, not an end in itself. Better to get knocked out going for good techniques than to win being negative as is all too common these days. Thanks for watching......;)
