smart cow crossing the road

some cows were crossing the road and one of them waited for our car to pass. my brother who was driving, gestured with his hand for the cow to cross and it did!
we found it so amusing as u can hear our laughter, especially my sister's. u really had to be there.

Very cute, I know how some times things just strike you funny and a cow waiting for permission to cross would be one of those things!  Off subject, I thought at first this might be on hwy 138, then couldn't decide where. Is it Southern California?
