Great to see this od classic. Don't think there's ever been another pop-rock bassist as good as John Entwhistle was. Just look at those bass runs - magical. He left us way too soon. Keith Moon was the best too!! All round the best of British for sure.

there's lots of good music today it's just harder to make it out from all the American Idol bubblegum bullshit the saturates the market. of coarse in '71 the osmonds and bee gees topped the charts w/ their dribble. so in a way some things don't change. i.e. mainstream knows not quality rock.

But there are pretty good bands, i'd say Excelent bands these days !, Underground bands, but also bands like Arctic Monkeys,Muse,Strokes,Miles Kane etc. that are making great fucking music !
