Your videos have made me so hopeful! I just started my second course, I'm on my second week... My face is doing this weird thing where my left cheek is completely clear, but my right side is completely out of whack! Haha... I'm really hoping that my results happen as quickly as yours did.

hey man (sorry for bad english but i am bulgarian :D) i was on roaccutane 6 mounts and it was awsome, now i am on 5 mounth post roaccutane and i have bad breakout ... tommorow i will go to my doctor and i want to go on second couce on the stuff ... in your videos of second couse i see how it works better then the first time i mean the first 1 2 3 mounth , can you advice me something ?

@MrAseninho Hey it's different for everybody for for me, the second course went much smoother. I and a few of my friends I better luck the second time. A year and a half later I have absolutely no need to go on it again.

Congratulations :) Ibe a few questions:

1) wouldnt be 20mg enough for you during the second course ? I mean your acne wasnt soo bad before the second course that you had to take these amounts of 40, 60 again, were these doses prescribend by the doctor ?

2) Or did you say I want a high dose therapy this time bacause of the relaps danger ?

3) did you have sideeffects like some hairloss or some irritation on your scalp that you have to rub your head all the time ?

@eryilmaz89 (Continuing 2) bigger toll on my body than Accutane. Sorry if I threw some stuff in there you didn't like to hear, but just wanted to say that there are obv bigger risks with the higher dose. Just know your risks and hopefully the 20mg is enough for you! I just knew that 60 and 80mg had a better chance of clearing my face of bad acne for good

@mhodgkin 10x man i just stared it before 1 hour .... i'm on 40 ml /day .... i read many things about second course,and most of the people say just like you sad ...i hope that i'm gonna be just like you,because i hated first 2/3 months of the first course it was shit .. 10x again :)

@eryilmaz89 (Continuing) all. My hairline hasn't gone back either. Honestly though, as you probably know, Accuate can have some really harsh side effects that can be permanent. There's risk of many things that seem worse than some acne in the long run, so it really depends how much it means to you. My stomach is sensitive now and I've taken other medicines so I can't blame that on Accutane but I try to stay away from meds when I can now. Ironically the antibiotics I used to take took a much

@eryilmaz89 Yes this was prescribed by the doctor, but I always pushed for the higher dose because honestly I think it's more effective. I did not want a relapse again. This dose is actually the standard dose, but some doctors have been using lower doses (to reduce the chance of lasting side effects) I do have some dandruff. My hair does feel a little thinner to me than it did a long time ago, but hardly at all and I can't really blame that on the Accutane and I'm really not sure if it did at

Respond to this video... a higher dose. I was 18 and 19. Since stopping for good in November '10, I get some pimples here & there (I have a whitehead near my nose for example now) but it's not even visible from 5 feet away. My face almost always looks clear now, I havn't had a blemish/pimple show up in a picture pretty much ever that I can remember since
