The case of the Woods vs the Church of Scientology set a legal precedent. Because of their win over the CoS in courts, it is now considered illegal to post defamatory/slanderous bills about anyone throughout their neighbourhood, thus effectively crippling one of the CoS's favored Fair Gaming methods in the UK (since local law enforcement doesn't take as kindly to PI activity compared to their US counterparts).

YAY to the Woods for having the fortitude and guts to see what must have been an extremely draining and emotionally taxing case to the end and standing up in the face of the evil hydra that is Co$.
