thats crazy how the city shuts down like that...what time does this happen??

Well, the city didnt really shut down, but it was suprising to spend a better part of the day to find a working ATM. I mean, what's the point of automation if it also takes a holiday?
It was during the October holiday, National Day, which is a bit of a monkey time for China as literally millions of people go on vacation at the same time.
They are staggering the holidays a bit more now, so it should get a bit easier.
