@truengineer i get you, i do usually have it like that tbh, turn it a wee down before i bang them on.
Next time you make this you should use panchetta too or any bacon i supose.
Its fully dank.

@aidan21 I like to heat the pan up on high and once it's hot I then slowly reduce it to medium before I put the pancakes on if that makes sense.

plus i actually watched this when eating ones i had done to see if i had done a good job or not.
As i just guessed how to do them...

@truengineer Well, if i have the temp too hot it doesnt cook the insides but if too low then it just feels lame...

Should i have it fry hot, if you know what i mean, med flame i supose, or low?

@aidan21 It may just be the temperature of your hot plate or batter or maybe you're not waiting long enough before you flip them?
