@Gigamonkey2 mabye go to a diffrent emulator, i use vizzed which has lots of gameboy gb coulor and advance games

I have visualboy advance for ubuntu. The game speed and everything runs great, but the sound is very choppy, what can i do?

It's just an idea but maybe try switching between pulse and other audio drivers/wrappers?

Would anyone know how to fix a sound problem with the emulator, i'm having a sound skip issue where the sound is all choppy and stuff

Ubuntu? 10.10 pr 10.04? You may wanna switch from Pulse audio to another driver, Ubuntu Forums will explain how to do it easily.
