  • Did Bruiser grow up to be a large cat? He is the spitting image of my cat when he was that age and now he weighs 16 lbs, and he's not fat. He is also very long. Ironically, he used to horse around in the bathtub just like Bruiser is doing here, lol.

  • LOL!!!!! This morning Bruiser weighed 16# and at 2 yrs old, still growing!! He is the best natured cat and the sweetest cat.. He is long and tall and not fat, either. Just a big cat who thinks he is a dog. Loves to play fetch. He has the goofiest little face and makes us smile all the time. Loves to be touched, but not necessarily held. He talks a lot! He is afraid of outside noises and strangers and runs and hides. He loves to be near each one of us all the time.

  • @bamberkat13 Bruiser must be a clone of my cat then. They have the same personalities from what you described. I even have a picture of my cat in the tub playing around. I should scan it and upload it. You wouldn't believe how identical they are!

  • @hibiscusfreak I would LOVE to see a picture! I was sellinga Rainbow Bridge bracelet on ebay last year and I had it sitting on him - for effect :) - and a lady wrote and said he was identical to her Siamese Lynx Point/Tabby mixed cat. Since Bruiser and his mom and sisters were all rescued at the same time we have no idea who his dad was. I looked up SLP/Tabby cats and there was his face but he also has spots like an Eqyptian Mao-all I know is that we love him SO much!

  • do you know what othere breed there mixed with

  • No, I don't. The mother was rescued when the kittens were barely a week old. She appears to be a Siamese and Tabby mix. Bruiser, the male is a lookalike for a Lynx Point Siamese/Tabby mix according to pictures I have seen and Dinkie the fluffy one looks to be a Maine Coon/Tabby mix. She's more Maine Coon than tabby. The other 2 girls are Tabbys'. Thanks for asking!

  • @bamberkat13 The tub shot I have is just a still, not part of a video. Is there a photo sharing website you use? Or can I email it to you?

  • thanks, same to you too! if you get the chance send me your email and i can send you a couple of pictures of her. its funny how much they look alike.

  • Thank you for commenting on Bruiser! He is so much bigger now than in this video. I was recently told that he is a Lynx-Point Siamese/Tabby mix and when I looked that up on the internet there he was staring back at me in almost all the pictures I found. He even has the little tufts at the top of each ear. So, maybe your little girl is one, too! Bruiser's mom is also named Minnie :) I hope you and your Minnie have many, many years together as best friends! bamberkat

  • i have a half Siamese that looks just like the cat in the bathtub, except its a girl named Minnie.
