A snipet of our Beginner class at ZT Fitness in Hove.

Here we practice a 1 minute combo of:

a) Snatch: 30 seconds
to
b) Bicycle crunches

Rest 30 seconds and repeat for other side.

You can join any of our classes, beginning with our Beginner class on Mondays.
