I plan to really focus over a 30 day period on my problem areas. Hope you can document in some way, a before stat. Begin doing something tough for that problem area every other day. Work on building your cardio/stamina on the non-workout days. Take a day off every 6 days. Hope this helps.

  • Hello! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my sister got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of belly fat with it.

  • @makingthebest09 Thank you:) was really scared to squeeze for a long time honestly...I don't like the way my but looks when I squeeze it so I was afraid to do that>Thought it would be burning the lil bit of meat I do got on there and shape it to look how it did when I squeezed:)But I am not afraid to squeeze now...and I feel a difference in the muscle.Thank you for the info..Working out in 5 4 3 2 1
