Ehhhhh - yes, I smoke. *hides* I told everyone about it in an earlier video. It's next on the list! I want to quit, but I'm going to focus on weight first.

What a great guy to support you in such a way. To be so flexible and just change his plans and clean house so that you could take care yourself... is such a testiment to true love and support! I salute your partner!!

:D Yeah, Sean is really awesome. When we were planning meals for this weekend at the grocery store, he asked what I could and couldn't eat and we talked about it. Because I can eat basically anything in moderation, there isn't much change to be made, but it was awfully adorable to have him ask before buying anything :D I love how supportive he is! :)

hey, there's nothing wrong with enjoying yourself with your friends, every now and then! I wouldn't feel guilty at all, though perhaps you want to cut back on the alcohol because it does adversely affect your metabolism. Keep it up! :D

Eh, I don't feel guilty - I just want to do excellent, you know? :P Yeah, I love beer though and we drink when we have a party. As long as it doesn't happen every week, I think I'm OK. :D But "good enough" IS just that, even if it feels like not so good as before :)

good job...sometimes you can't plan for unexpected events! :) you always get back on track anyways....and you should be exercising outside for your triathlon :)

Yeah... and I don't consider it being off track because I was still under 1900 calories both days, which is a 200 cal deficit from "maintain weight" calorie intake. Still, I want to eat less. You're RIGHT about the triathalon thing, but I really like to push myself to build up endurance and going on the treadmill I can just get into the zone. I don't know - I have to train my mind to deal with roads better :D BUT - I did run 1.8 today! NO PROBLEM. That's a significant improvement from the start!
