  • @KevBoy3D yeah, I've seen it, like a spray paint or something then they take it off. That is def. better method!

  • Yep, I think so. But in automotive it's mostly matte clay and if it shines you can powder coat it, I think it's less than a millimeter thick.

  • @KevBoy3D yeah but don't you need the surface to be non-reflective for that too work?

  • Working from photographs really is a challenge, I prefer to do mesh reverse engineering projects. The scanners have gotten better for 3d modeling, cameras haven't ;)
