It's Jenny's 8th birthday, and the Sandersons are having a party! Although the family has fallen on hard times, Mr. Sanderson decides to splurge on an amazing new device for her daughter: Chibi-Robo, a robot only a few inches tall, whose duty is to make the family it serves as happy as possible. Chibi-Robo has its job cut out for it, but can it and its manager, Telly-Vision, rise to the occasion?
