100. Daft Punk - "One More Time" (13 November 2000 )
It nearly topped the United Kingdom chart in 2000, instead peaking at #2, and was one of their few charting songs in the United States, reaching #61 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song is listed at #5 on Pitchfork Media's top 500 songs of the 2000s, and #33 on RollingStone's top 100 songs of the decade (2000--2009).

99. Carrie Underwood - Before He Cheats (August 19, 2006)
It was named the 2007 Single of the Year by the Country Music Association. It is Underwood's most successful single to date, with sales of 3.082 million digital downloads, making it the fourth best-selling country song of all time.

98. Bon Jovi - It's My Life (May 23, 2000)
Is Bon Jovi's first single from the album Crush. The song hit #1 across many countries (although it only reached #33 in the US). Paul Anka covered the song on his 2005 album Rock Swings

97. Mika -- Grace Kelly (January 9, 2007)
The track was number one in the UK Singles Chart for five weeks, and ended 2007 as the year's third biggest-selling single in that country. This song was also #89 on MTV Asia's list of Top 100 Hits of 2007. The song has sold 540,000 copies in the UK as stated by the Official UK charts company.

96. Lilly Allen - Th Fear (26 January 2009)
Was awarded with Best Track prize at the 2009 Q Awards, and also won Allen two Ivor Novello Awards in 2010, for best song musically and lyrically, and most performed work.

95. Ja Rule ft. Ashanti - Always On Time (October 30, 2001)
Is the platinum selling 2001 number-one single. The song became both Ashanti's first Hot 100 number one single and Ja Rule's second. Spent 2 weeks at the top of the Billboard Hot 100. In 2009 it was named the 33rd most successful song of the 2000s, on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip Songs of the Decade Chart.

94. Estelle ft. Kanye West - American Boy (24 March 2008)
The song is her first international single. The song won the Best Rap/Sung Collaboration at the 51st Grammy Awards. The song was listed at #238 on Pitchfork Media's Top 500 songs of the 2000s.

93. Beyonce - Single Ladies (October 8, 2008)
The song's music video was nominated in nine categories for the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards and ultimately won three awards Best Choreography, Best Editing and Video of the Year. It also won Video of the Year at the 2009 BET Awards, the 2009 MOBO awards, and the 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards. It won the Song of the Year at the 2009 Soul Train Awards, and won Song of the Year, Best R&B Song, and Best Female R&B Vocal Performance at the 52nd Grammy Awards ceremony.

"Single Ladies" is ranked as the number two Best Song of the Decade in Rolling Stone magazine's Reader's Poll. The song appeared at number 50 on the magazine's critics' list of the 100 Best Songs of the Decade. As of August 6, 2010, in the United States, the song is the 15th most downloaded song in history, moving 4.2 million copies, and is also the most downloaded pure R&B song.

92. Lenny Kravitz - Again (November 14, 2000)
Is the only single by rock musician Lenny Kravitz released to promote his Greatest Hits album. The song is a mid-tempo rock ballad song and won Kravitz a Grammy Award for Best Male Rock Vocal Performance in 2001. "Again" is one of Kravitz's most popular songs.
