Me doing some planches with the music of "Aruarian Dance" from Nujabes. I'm practicing an L-seat to handstand, an elephant lift, an headstand to handstand, and a tucked planche. Enjoy

@beratio Hah, tof! Jij bent ook een nederlander! Dank je! Ik heb helaas na dit filmpje niet heel veel meer geoefend met planches...Maar dat wil ik weer op gaan pakken! Het is niet zo dat ik het verleerd ben gelukkig. Ik ga nu maar eens trainen op de straddle planche. Met jouw hulp gaat het wel lukken denk ik. Je doet hem trouwens met een mooie vorm!
