After a glut of videos on the subject of reversing audio, it's not my fault people kept asking for them, this is the last one. Well, for now at least. This one shows how to reverse a single sample in Logic's Exs24 sampler.

  • i love the tutorial, I wanted to ask something though. I'm trying to make music with reversed melodic instruments for instance my favorite the piano, do you know of any company that makes a multisample piano so I could open them all up like you did and reverse them all individual without having to record each note.

  • @krunk1586 Any sample set that's available in EXS24 format would work fine, I like the stuff from imperfect samples and they do EXS format, obviously your taste may be entirely different from mine, so well worth doing a bit more research before spending your cash. It might be worth experimenting with one of Logic's inbuilt pianos first. Just save it with a different name.

  • @krunk1586 In the past, ive recorded myself slowly playing the Chromatic scale on a real piano and then converted the audio file in logic to exs24 transient markers, thus spreading the notes across exs24. You could do this with any midi instrument too. Dont know if this is the best thing to do but it certainly is the cheapest- free if u have a good microphone
