They released this cartoon on DVD not that long ago, but they edited out the scene in wihich the mother spanks Audrey outside the house, and the scene were Audtry says "I'm just having fun with my gun."
I hate when the production companied do that with original work, thinking it may offend a few people. I saw nothing wrong with those scenes that weren't included on my DVD copy.
Especially because videotapes of these classics are extremely rare to come by these days.

As a child, I always thought Audrey was a boy...I guess I couldn't see the dress and the hair? Maybe it didn't matter to me. Haha

The depressing premise is unusual for a Little Audrey cartoon, since the shorts are mostly humorous dreams where the girl is taught a lesson and wakes up a better person.
