N.Korea,Libya aur Iran Atom bomb isliye nahi bana paya kyonki Pakistani scientist AQ Khan ne URENCO se churaye huye jo centrifuge tech unlogon ko proliferate kiya tha woh koi kaam ka nahi tha! And all three nations complained publicly about this to the UN and IAEA .Woh failed tech tha,aur isiliye China ne India ke khilaf leverage paane keliye Pak ko Apni khudki tech de di! Oh my God!! These fellows are thinking of developing A-sats ad ABM's whereas they cant even send their own satellites into space,or as a matter of fact cant even develop their own satellites and needs Chinese assistance for that,whereas India not only sends its own satellites into space but also does the same for other countries and holds a world record for placing 10 sats in orbit simultaneously! They cant manufacture tissue papers and are thinking of space based weapons! What a joke! LOLZ
