I think when it boils right down to it, everything has been stolen from something else, even if it has been slightly altered. Everything (good) has been done to some extent. In fact Kiss and Swallow stole its beat from an old macintosh computer game called Sim Ant. Whether they meant to steal or not, and I doubt they did, its the same none the less.
