chlorine DOES hurt turtles. You're not even suppose to put tap water in their aquariums.

@salmonella4everyone, based on all the zoology "experts'" comments here, I would not recommend it. In my humble opinion, if your chlorine level is low and you only have your turtles in there a short time, then rinse 'em good, they probably wont die right away. Now I'm curious and will try to get a real expert's advice
