What if we do that with a human brain? I just interested in the theory...

He said something like "Wait till cockroach scientists rip a leg off a human." I think back then everybody discussed whether the leg actually grows back and in his comment it came across that he believes it grows back.

Too bad his comment is gone, I think i only have one other comment with so many likes.

The cells of the brain are electrical because the ions (like sodium and potassium) have a charge. If there are more ions inside the cell then outside the cell, the ions can act like a battery. When little pores open to release the ions, current can flow. Very electrical!
