@someguy5554 I have a serious problem for anyone that is more against marijuana than alcohol or tobacco. That alone shows me how ignorant this man is. If you're gonna be anti-drug shouldn't you stand up against the dangerous drugs first? What about aspirin? That is much more of a threat than weed. Hell I can choke and die on a bannanna! Kirk's bill, the High-Potency Marijuana Sentencing Enhancement Act (HR 2828) increases the maximum fines for high-potency pot (Skunk) to $1 million for an individual and $5 million for a group, as well as increasing the maximum prison sentence five-fold. A second offense would double the fines and increase the maximum sentence to 35 years.

In his last election (2008) he was endorsed by Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun Times, Lake County News Sun, the Pioneer Press, the Daily Herald and the Jewish Political Alliance of Illinois.

He just proposed a bill to implement a 25 year prison term for anyone caught using marijuana, while Mr. Childmolester gets out of jail in 7 years. With all due respect sir you need to look up all the bullshit he's been doing lately, trying to keep marijuana users in prison and trying to make one world ID cards instead of social security. Politicians like him are going to fuck this country up even more than it already is
