This video shows Karel Sourcre-Ramirez being knocked down to the ground by Corporal L.J. Miles, who then arrests him!
You can hear and see Karel saying "Sir," at 0:47. He is then pushed by Mr. Miles, which is followed by the crowd saying "whoa, whoa, whoa," and then you hear Karel saying "Can you call 911?"

Actually they were given a lawful order not to set up tents in a public park.. The policeman was just enforcing the Law. we are still a nation of Laws at least for now.
