when naruto is four tailed, kyuubi is doing most of the work, so his movements arent well thought out its played as it goes. Also when orochimaru was "killed" by sasuke, he was weak since that very day he was supposed to transfer to sasukes body. All sasuke had to do was use his sharingan and it was basically a one hit KO. Im still not sure who is stronger naruto or sasuke, i guess we will have to wait till the next time they fight eh

The thing is Naruto still has skills that we havn't seen yet. He's never been forced to play a hand without the Fox since Jiaryas training, he might know all the frog techniques. Plus he doesnt need the fox to do the wind Rasengan either. Also Yamato even told him that he could potentially be stronger without the foxes chakra since it keeps him alive while lvl 4 cuts his body.
