@bertman668 Sounds like someone should just stay on top of their car maintenance. I work on cars for fun and see people that think similar to you all the time. Always think the mechanic is trying to screw you out of money when most are just looking out for your well being bc said customer cant take care of their own car. Yes, some mechanics and shops do screw some ppl over but that shouldn't label the entire profession. Bottom line Cars are a bad investment and cost money to maintain period.

@ruiferreira89 because if we dont buy them no one will.... also because fixing the same exact problem on my ford may cost 1/4 of what is costs to fix it on my sisters nissan, or my moms lexus.
Also because when you buy something like a Ford, Chevy, Dodge SUV or Truck (used) parts are EVERYWHERE.
Everyone's entitled to an opinion but I'll still buy American
