@rifo96 Whenever Caucasoid populations have reached a certain point they build cities & civilisation, the Old Meds occupied fertile lands initially & so large populations formed, this led to the first civilisations. Wherever Europids are, when there enough numbers a high culture is attained, the same can be said for East Asians - this is owing to the "higher" I.Q's in both groups - while fertile land/climate is very important for civilisation coming about, DNA is more so.
