  • Great sounds as ever from a truly fantastic organist, thank you Nick and keep up the good work. Ben.

  • I'm going to see Nick Martin in concert next month he is playing a concert for the Nottingham Organ Society. I've seen about 4 or 5 times and one those times was one of his fare-well concerts at Turner's and his very nice and enjoys talking to his fans and signing CD's/DVD's for his fans.

    Ben

  • .." sad demise of Turner's.."

Shame.. I went a few times as a teenager. What has happened to his playing...? Compare this with "Hey look me over" for instance...but then again I gave concerts when I was a teenager then packed it all in after pushy father made me do my teaching diploma when I was doing nine G.C.S.E s. Took the joy out of it. It's good that Nickie is still playing ...know him from N.A.D.O.S.

  • Had to check date this comment was placed as to say its inaccurate is an understatement. Have seen Nick in concert regularly for over 25 years and it always worth the distance travelled. And as he had at the last count over 100 Gigs for 2009, (including some in Florida), I guess I'm not the only one who thinks so

  • Check out Nick's website for details of how to order the two hour dvd of this concert

    Excellent value for money!

  • Really sorry to disappoint you lads, but seen Nick a few times since the very sad demise of Turners and its only my opinion, but I think his lack of daily playing is showing, SORRY NICK, I realy mean no offense, but not quite the Nick that we used to hear. That said, very enjoyable. Perhaps Phil and the crowd can put in a good word for you at the Tower and you can get the old job back. Be a good thing if you did.

  • i haven't seen him since turners he is great :-D

  • About time we had some Nick Martin, cheers everso Jimmertastic, great vids! Nick is always great, and never fails to entertain the crowds.

  • Nic martin, superb organist just amazing footwork,a great chap as well.
