Messing around with augmented reality! At first I was just showing some Minneapolis models and buildings I created, but then it got a little crazy. There's a rough spot in the audio, thanks movie maker 2.6.
This will be a fun video for technology nerds and star wars geeks. As well as 9-11 Truthers, and I slipped a Back to the Future Delorian in there for good measure. Look for lord Obama!

wow! Most of the motion tracking was really superb! There were a couple moments where I thought the CG models were going to slide off the paper though :p

Amazing stuff!
I liked the models of Orchestra Hall and the Weisman! The only thing that could have made this video better would have been a model of my favorite skyscraper, the 225 South Sixth building!

It would be cool if the 3d objects were lit using a world space light. For example the Statue of Liberty, it would be cool if the shadow always stayed in one place as the object rotated, as if it were cast from the desk lamp.

@iFlyCam2794 Google SketchUp with the AR Media plug in, 3D warehouse to find models and Fraps to do the video capture.
