@bigdawgbeatz anytime man. I'm sure most of it will come easy to you because if you know the previous versions of Reason then you will know Record or Reason 6. It's pretty much the same just with a new Big Mixer that is a SSL 9000K Emulation.

@ProfessaKA0S Lol well I will def. be contacting you. I'm new to Record, I've been on Reason forever though.

@bigdawgbeatz No worries man. If you have any problems just give me a holla I'd be happy to help. Reason 6 is the same layout as Record was which I had been using for the past 2 years so again if you need help with anything just msg me.

@ProfessaKA0S Thanks! and yeah I had figured it out, I was opening my Reason 5 files which were running into the 14:2 Mixer. Thanks for the help though

But when you do this any send FX you had on the 14:2 Mixer will have to be routed to the Master Sections Send FX. You will also have to drag the Mastering Suite Combinator into the Master Sections Insert FX so everything still runs through it. There is another way where you can take the direct outputs of each Mix Channel Device and run them back to the 14:2 Mixer, that way it is just like your original layout just wit a mix channel between each instrument before it reaches the 14:2 Mixer

tight beat man. The reason only have one Channel Strip on the Big Mixer is because you are running all your instruments into a 14:2 Mixer then into one Mix Channel Device. The more Mix Channel Devices you have the more you channels will appear on the Big Mixer. So Try unplugging the instruments from the 14:2 Mixer then highlight all the instruments you have then right on them and select "Auto-Route Device" this will assign em to a mix channel each giving you more channels on the Big Mixer
This is just a video I made for my cousin, he wanted to know how to sample in Reason with the Rex.....
