Mitsubishi Materials APX3000 Series End and Face Mills

Mitsubishi APX3000 Series multifunctional End and Face Mills producing chips utilizing a variety of milling techniques. The APX3000 Series mills wide range of diameters start at .500".

The APX3000 cutter accepts a 12mm insert. This APX3000 12mm insert is capable of a .394" DOC and available in standard corner radius ranging from .008 to .125". APX3000 inserts come in both PVD and CVD coated grades and two unique chip breakers with a special ground/polished breaker available for Aluminum and other non-ferrous materials.

The APX4000 cutter --not shown in this video- accepts an 18mm insert for maximum DOC and edge security. The APX4000 insert is capable of .591" DOC, available in standard corner radius ranging from .016 to .250" and are also compliment by Mitsubishi Materials high performance PVD and CVD coatings.
