This woman has virtually swindled me by sending me checks I cannot cash and I can't deposit them since I have no bank account and can't afford to open one. I tried to get my entry fee back ($200 minus $30 for processing my two entries making it $170) back from her days ago when she said it might take till December 16 to get it back. She didn't respond for a day when I failed a claim with paypal, which I had used to transfer the money to her and having been told by some ebay customer service guy a few weeks ago that I should file claims, I then filed a claim. Paypal, with a few hours, immediately dismissed the claim because they said they couldn't investigate virtual goods, this despite me showing them Lisa's contest site and how she stated that she might not give back anyone's money till Dec. 16th! I complained to paypal's customer service almost immediately but rather than replying sent me a customer satisfaction survery!
Lisa wasn't the only one to rip me off these past few months and put me in a hole, with my virtual bank account now negative. And no thanks either to Comerica bank, a bank which the US gov. partnered with to give disabled and social security payment receivers faster payments: Comerica, a few hours before Thanksgiving, claimed to have "adjusted" my account, so that now it's a little more than negative $11. In my next videos I give the names and two other swindlers, both on ebay and one has a channel here. One is an ebay seller Chi Ho Tsang, in Hong Kong, ebay ID wholesale-cn and the other is John Duncan, a seller in Canada, whose website is http://cctvgold.com I sent a defective HP DVD drive back to Chi, which plus the return shipping cost me $61. More than three weeks ago he claimed to have gotten it back, and implied he'd refund me, but I haven't gotten any response from him despite sending him at least four more emails asking for it back. And thanks to John I'm down another $68 plus the $16+ return shipping, shipping he said he'd reject since he doesn't accept UPS packages, and UPS never warned me that some business don't accept UPS because (UPS charges a fee? or requires some special setup according to John). John is acting like this is my fault since he told me in big blue letters with yellow highlighting not to use UPS or FEDEX, however John kept sending me a long list of spam links so seeing that blue letter just looked like spam to me and we'd exchanged a lot of emails over this matter which was exhausting me. John saw on a video I uploaded to youtube that his camera was defective and the adaptor, yet he disgustingly implied I might have lied to him about shipping a package via UPS since he never got it (it's taken longer than 2 weeks despite the UPS clerk telling me it would arrive the next week to John). John, despite having the tracking number, still refuses to refund me. This jerk also boasted about being "uppherhanded" by having immediately told ebay that my phone number wasn't working (I couldn't afford anymore prepaid time), and getting me locked out from my ebay account. I can't afford to pay my $87+ ebay bill because of these people, and ebay gave me the run around when I told them about these swindlers, and one cust. rep. said I should have escalated my claim against Chi with paypal (yeah right look where that got me).
Please urge these people to give me my money back since I'll run out of food soon with what I have now (just a little rice, oil, vinegar, spices, milk, chocolate powder, sugar, syrup and a little milk, and some dry batter left.)
