A trip across the South (USA) in the spring of 2009, covering five states and 1,800 miles (2,400 km). One of the highlights was a drive through the entire length of Natchez Trace National Park. The Natchez Trace is one of the longest national parks in the world, extending 450 miles (600 km) from Nashville, Tennessee to Natchez, Mississippi. The tour also included visits to central Florida - Sebring, Highland Hammock State Park. To Georgia - the flooded Alapaha River, Atlanta and Stone Mountain. To Tennessee - Rock City and Ruby Falls cave (near Chattanooga) and Nashville. To Mississippi - Natchez and Jackson and to Louisiana - New Orleans.
Thanks for posting this wonderful video of our beautiful Southern parks. Giterdun!
