@AceOfHeart2012 What is it called when law enforcement protects the interests of businesses over it's citizens? Corporatism? Fascism? Insane in the membrane is what it is

The banks lack status and standing to foreclose ab initio. Since it was MY signature that funded the mortgage I want my house back. Plus triple damages. Plus ALL of the profit the banksters made off of my signature. This is nothing short of identity theft! I want my house back that I paid for three times over that was stolen from me at gunpoint om June 28, 2007 by the LA CROSSE COUNTY (WISCONSIN) SHERIFF'S DEPT. Plus triple damages. Plus ALL of the profit the banks made off of my signature.

@cycimian I would agree with such a decision because a promise does not necessarily constitute a binding contract in man's law. For a contract to be formed, there must be: 1. a giver; 2. a reciever; 3. valuable consideration over time; and, 4. acceptance. I agree with going Jefferson on them as he learned the law and properly applied it to secure his freedom, which is what is necessary for us to do today. If the law applies to us we must know it. That is a fact.

@SimplyThinkDreams. Funny thing was now this is no joke, the supreme court of Canada has a verdict of not guilty for Politicians who lie on the promises. So when we take the Liers and the deliberate dumbing down of the population, Throw in a recession a realestate collapse along with some Federal Reserve Hacks to keep your minds off of them doing this all to you. Its time to go Jefferson on them. Cheerz

People are so quick to blame the elite for all their problems. Undoubtedly, it is the elite's agenda to control a New World Order. However, the truth sets us free. If people were not ignorant and knew the law, we would not have these problems. However, the people are ignorant as they lack knowledge in the Creator and have trusted in idols and material things, spending that which they never had to obtain them. Hosea Chapter 4 covers this quite well. Shalom also check teamlaw(dot)org

Why is it bad news for everyone the fact that foreclosures are shown to be wrong and unenforceable, to me it gives the people a chance to fight against loosing there house to the corrupt banks.

It's hungry people with children who probably didn't have much to eat those last few days before their food stamps kicked in. This is just the beginning!
Where are we going and why are we in this hand basket?
