Bill S.978 Thoughts

I strongly believe that Bill S.978 will not be incorporated into the law written as is. There is no reason to kill a thriving video community. However I should say that if you are someone who currently streams or uploads movies, TV, and/or music you should probably take note of this bill as you might find a big fat fine heading your way. Even jail time.

@minxkitty8 exactly the bill just stops uploading copyrighted materials not watching them and so long as more than 92% has been changed(i believe, may have a bad memory)then its your own work muting sound or song would change every second so it would be 100% changed and with games isnt it only the software and not the gameplay thats copyrighted idk plz correct me if im wrong
