Master Emerald in Hidden Palace Zone (Sonic 2)

By request, I show how to find a Master Emerald in Hidden Palace Zone (in Sonic 2).

Note that this ISN'T from a regular Sonic 2 game, this comes from an hacked version called Sonic 2 Long Version, by Hachelle-Bee, based on the beta version of Sonic 2.
