OH WHY! THE SONG WAS AMAZING!

@desdar100 Didn't they comission both a Japanese and English version for the opening theme for Tales of Graces, just like they did for Vesperia? (Not sure if this track was recycled for F or not.) So I'd at least say a strong "maybe" there, but as far as Abyss 3DS goes... something tells me we (more than likely) will be hearing the instrumental version of Karma (from the US PS2 version) again.

@Carnivol So with tales of graces F and the tales of abyss 3ds games are they going to keep the japanese openings or will they make them instramental in your opinion.
-
@desdar100 Although it doesn't apply to ALL productions, the general thing with stuff such as ATLUS/NISA productions and various (recent) anime is that they're often targeted towards a more specific (limited and/or niche) audience and, probably even more important, they're from an entirely different point in time; a point where a lot of things in both the target markets and production line has drastically changed (for better or worse - on a case to case basis)
-
@Carnivol But dubs show the japanese openings most of the time and there are games that show the japanese music like disgaea thres no reason not toshow the music fans might actually like it.
-
@ABUsIVEUkE Yeah it did thats why I import tales of games there awsome I recommend it, but before you do look at the tales of destiny ougis there awsome haha tell me if you see them
-
@desdar100 Yes I knew, but I think its only for Japan and there wasnt an American release.
-
@ABUsIVEUkE did you know theres a remake of this game
-
@BitVyper The songs are really good and your nott getting your moneys worth
-
This may not be for everyone, but it doesn't really change the fact that the music is beautifully composed and fits the scenery. In case you guys didn't know, this was composed by Tommy Tallarico. They couldn't afford to license the JP song in the US, so deal with it.
Not sure why people get so upset over the NA opening. The Japanese song is terrible. I mean, I like a lot of Japanese music, but ugh, that one is awful.

Beats me. Yume de Aru Youni kinda sounds like a Eurovision Song Contest reject (like a lot of j-pop does). Most people seem to have an issue with the "sound effects" used during the video... but at the same time they praise the SFC version of Tales of Phantasia's OP, which likewise uses soundeffects mixed in with the music/on-screen action...
