@lolahavasuaz I don't know about the adjustments on the fork lift, but to answer the other question, the boat was picked up from a storage rack to go to the water.

hey I have question ... can the fork lift operator shown in this video adjust the "width" of the forks on the lift hydraulically on board , or does he have to manually adjust for each different boat width ? ? that is one bad ass carrier , damn ... & did he pick it up from a trailer , or the water ? ?
