Hitting an empty heating oil tank is about as likely to explode as it would be for you to hit the lotto.. They were doing that to loosen dirt and rust prior to the tank being loaded and transported. And after 2 years and thousands of views you were the first "retard" to say something so stupid!! Great comment Mr Marine... lol

The tank is a 10,000 heating oil tank that supplied the systems for a 10 story commercial office building.. a 1000 gallon tank would be dwarfed next to this one and be used in a large residential setting.. So if you don't have a clue, maybe keep from making dumbazz comments
