my caul doesn't turn as it should, it is very weak and takes a little more than it should. As well as it doesn't turn fully.

It's in SG already for a bloody long time already. Isetan and Takashimaya have the largest number of CAULs for sale. I already have the Subaru Legacy Wagon.
