Want to learn how to cure insomnia? A year ago I didn't know it was possible. I had an attention disorder and I almost got depressed from not being able to sleep.

But today I sleep like a baby every single night. You can cure insomnia within a matter of days, without drugs, pills, remedies and so on. You can cure insomnia naturally. It's almost a miracle cure for insomnia, except that everyone can do it, easily.

  • huever sed avoiding alcohol is the best way to cure insomnia i disagree with. alcohol is great for putting you to sleep

  • I love sleeping .... Im just not very good at it

  • Um well i just cant go to bed but once i do im out cold.... Music somtimes does it .......also try making catnip tea or a stronger sedative

  • It is a good way to show what insomnia looks like. Do you have the same sleeping pattern? It seems to bother human since our existence?

  • I know the only natural solution. You can't actually "cure" it but what i know does the trick which respecting the user of the video I will not say on here.

  • i have insomnia where when i fall asleep its 3 or 4 in the mornig and i have to wake up at 5 to go to school btw this happens every night

  • Ugh, I hate insomnia. Today, I accidentally stayed up all night, trying to go to sleep.

  • nothing ever cured my insomnia i was born with it i take hours to crash and sometimes im awake the whole night yet im not tired the next day. i was cosidering pills that make you crash but they always say they lose effectiveness. why doesnt anybody find a way to prevent/fix mutations b/c i already have too many & i would rather be dead

  • One reason why people get insomnia is because they get stressed out when they cant sleep and if it happens too often they associate going to bed with the stress which wakes them up. That is why you can be dead tired at 10 pm then go to bed and as soon as your head hits the pilllow you are wide awake and you are up all night.
