Oh my hell! This is such a great song, along with a great MV, sung by great singers, acted by great actors who just happen to be some of the greatest looking idols in Kpop word! Gah! I swear i really hate SME but they really have brilliant songs,MVs, & artists!

@YumYumDumplingsxD : i also can't read korean, but the vid. is about a bank robber (siwon) who shot a policeman ( hankyung) . siwon had kinda problems with his heart and got a new heart . later he noticed that the heart he got, was hankyungs . and he felt sad for the girl (she was hankyung's girlfriend) 'cause he killed her boyfriend . just watch part 1 , then you will understand what i said . (:
