lol tue story... in arizona there was a kid having the loudest most annoying tantrum and the mom just stood there, so a man who didnt know them spanked his bottom to quiet him and all the customers cheered he got arrested though

There's something I don't get. It's the second commercial for condoms I watch here that is entirely in French (So, I assume made in a French-speaking country for a French speaking audience) but with the end message in English. How comes?
