I used to love her show. Not just because I was a teenage male and i thought she was way better looking and better proportioned than Denise Austin (whom all my friends loved), but also because I really thought she had a better workout show. She had more variety, more insight, and more movement options for the less flexible, less capable and maybe even the less motivated. And I thought she had great legs and knew how to move them! This video is a great example of that!

@rjflesher In one epidode (that I don't have recorded) she mentioned that a viewer asked what she wears on her legs during the videos. She replied "Just cheap drugstore 99-cent pantyhose to add some color." Probably wouldn't be a good selling point for high-end hosiery but is a testimony to the fitness of her shapely legs.
