There's a raw juice movement sweeping the nation. ...as is seems to do from time to time. I remember my family briefly going through a similar craze when I was young. It seems to be a binge and purge business, there one minute, gone the next. This goes a long way toward explaining the impressive selection of juicers to be found in many suburbian rummage sale block parties. Well, color me a bandwagoner, I'm hooked. For how long it will last, no one knows.

  • Wouldn't the fibre be good as well? Or is this juice meant to be eaten with whole fruits/veggies as well?

  • @tripudium17 Fibre is totally your friend! Juice should be viewed as a kind of supplement to a healthy diet, or used as part of a fast. As long as you drink your juice on an empty stomach, you're good to go, in my humble opinon. I'm having a quart of green juice right now! It has become my breakfast of choice, since I realized that I hate breakfast, and later I'll have a veggie-ful lunch followed by a sensible dinner! :)

  • I am just beginning this RAW journey. Thx for a very informative vid.

I agree with BTC141, though It IS pricey. I wish there would be a way to keep the price of 100% organic within reach of the average guy/gal

  • The shitty thing about doing the juice feast is the cost of money you blow constantly buying fresh fruit and vegetables. I spent over a thousand bucks on produce for one month. It's hard to live off juice for three months. Fuck it. I did it for one month then I stopped cause it was ruining me financially. The first few days are hard too cause of the junk food cravings.

  • I have been on a juice feast. I did it for a month straight with minimal protein. It was great and I felt super charged but there is a down side. Get ready to pay big bucks at the check out. I was going through loads of money every week $250-300 almost every week. But I was drinking quite abit of juice. Now my skin is clear and healthy and I fee great.

  • Hey Tanja. I just tried this and thought it was nothing special...UNTIL 7 minutes later I got the best nutrient high I've had in months. Once again, thanks! x

  • dear Tanja, ¿what about your web!!!???

    ¿is it disappear?? ¡noooo, please!

  • I concur

  • I think the vid is good. She explains and presents the info. in an easily grasped and down-to-earth manner. And her prettiness certainly makes it that much easier to take in.

  • HA haaa! That Dark Crystal reference was great using Steven Tyler to represent a drained gelfling! Niice *LOL*
