Training Thieving: Monkey Knife Fighters

To thieve from Monkey Knife Fighters you need to have got up to the part in the quest 'Do No Evil'. You must be in the gorilla monkey-form, and have at least 70 thieving.

At the rate I was going in this video (with several mistakes, etc) I would have got 254k thieving xp in an hour. You do not need food here, as you can steal lobsters from the monkeys (also if you have enhanced excalibur and a regen bracelet you would need *much* less food, if any).

Each 'punch' gives 20 thieving xp and every pickpocket gives 150xp. In comparison, menaphites (blackjacking) give 10 xp per knock-out and 137.5 xp for a successful pickpocket.

As well as 250k+ thieving xp/h you make around 300-400k profit per hour. I haven't tried this with a lower thieving level, but I can't imagine it'll be much less (probably around the 200k region at 70-80 thieving and gradually getting higher). You can steal GP, black knives (regular, p, p+ and p++), lobsters and mithril/adamant/dragon scimitars.

These seem much easier than menaphites (blackjacking) because if you fail the knockout, the monkey won't attack you, and possibly hinder your xp/h. I would estimate that a 'perfect' hour would net you around 265k+ thieving xp.
