ich wollt' drauf aufmerksam machen, dass es noch andere Menschen gibt, denen es nicht so gut geht und wir dankbar sein sollen, für das was wir haben.

Was du persönlich daraus machst, ist ja deine Sache.

@ronzzzzz81 Unfortunately that wouldn't help them in the slightest. Many people think that they have so many children because they have no birth control, but the reason they have so many children is because their infant and child mortality rate is so high. The families who own farms need to make sure at least one child survives into adulthood so that they can take over the farm and look after their parents when they're elderly. :\ It's a tough world for them; I wish we could help more.

It's just a figure of speech dude :)

A lot of western kids (where the song was released) associate christmas as a family time with big dinners, snow, tinsel, trees etc, whereas for the kids in Africa its a bone dry desert, little water, disease, famine.

Its going to get harder and harder to feed the World's population. Maybe we should be looking more at Birth-Control, in Africa???....... As well as sterilisations. That would stop the suffering.
