@jude109 totally agree with you there. I love the piano but the tempo of the original seems to fit the lyrics very well too

Just perfect... The piano versions are always the best... Like 'good enough', it's so much more touching in the piano version...

I heard this version before the original and I feel this is the best version that suits the song . . . it inspired me and have deep emotional meaning to me . . . .

I always loved this version of this song and its meaning came to me in a wave of revelation when my partner told me he might have cancer... and I immediately knew that I would be strong for both of us and see it through to the end. Luckily the cancer scare proved to be a false alarm but ever since, this song has become twice as precious to me.
