The Glyde Still Sucks

I've had the Samsung Glyde for a year now, have gotten it replaced 3 times, and have gone through just as many software "upgrades" including the newest U940.BK14 version, and guess what?..... It still has the exact same problems.
I can't picture myself ever buying another Samsung product ever again in my life, and because of the lack of service I have gotten from Verizon, I will be bringing my business elsewhere after my contract is up (if I can last that long, but I really do not want to pay their outrageous cancellation fee)

do you have the new resistive touch screen or still the old compasitive touch screen? try using a pencil to navigate the touchscreen and if it doesn't work that means you have the compasitive.

I have the old one. I'm bringing in my phone when I have time and see if they will exchange it for the new style.

my sister asked for the update. and they took it off the website, and when we went to get it replaced , they gave her the alias 2 but they didnt make it. i dont know.

well i still see it in stores all over an just cause theres a white background just means its the software update not the hardware one which is what made it much better

nope, its has the white backround. theres two different ones they go to. which ever one they live closer to they go to. they recalled it. that has to show you something

well its not just me because I know plenty of people that have it and they have no problems with it either, maybe the verizon store by you is just cheap or something and is still trying to sell the original glyde.
