Lines - FRANCESCA and CHIARA
The combination of the FRANCESCA FC working centres in line with the CHIARA MTP edge processor offers to the user a unique power of production combined with an unrepeatable flexibility of performance. These machines linked together are the combination of two different processes that can operate different glass thickness and different glass sizes in full automatic operation without manual adjustments.
This advantage can be found only within the Forvet production. The capability of these lines, foresee multiple productive process combined among them or individually. The lines, depending on machine model, can grind or polish flat and arris rectangular glass and GEOMETRICAL SHAPES and can drill, countersink and mill on straight or shaped glass.

The multipurpose functions that the machines are able to perform make the combination between the FRANCESCA and CHIARA unique. Never than less, the programming function of the single unit as well as the entire line are kept to an extremely user-friendly level. The line will be linked to the production control office (protocol of communication to be supplied by customer side) so that all the information can be downloaded from the office to the workshop directly.As option the bar code reader will be implemented.
Manual entry of data on the local controls will be kept active for any possible requirement.
